Mixed Aerial Workshop for Beginners!

Come explore lyra, hammock, and cube in a fun & supported outdoor environment! We’ll begin with connecting to the earth, ourselves, and each other while also tapping into our inner child. Meditation, intention, and dance movement will set the foundation before we take flight. Participants will learn basic skills on each apparatus and will have the opportunity to express their own unique creative flow by the end of the workshop. Feel empowered and joyful to shine your light through the art of aerials!
