All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement or I am able to fill your spot at least 1 month in advance in which case the payment will be refunded less the first $500) There is possibility of me putting that money towards another retreat of mine if you are able to give 1 month notice. Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Please know that I will do my best to accommodate your needs and also please be considerate of me as well. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. Renée cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries.
