Higher Flow Entertainment package includes 8-10 highly professional & experienced performers showcasing a unique blend of circus arts including aerial silks, Aerial hoop, aerial cube doubles, palm torch & fan fire dancing, partner acrobatics and dance. All aerialists and fire dancers are fully insured and will show proof of insurance. We will provide our 24ft tall portable aerial rig and all equipment needed. Each performer will do multiple performances FREE-STYLING to the live music and performances will rotate between each circus art to keep the audience engaged. Roaming performers will inspire the crowd with dance and acro-yoga while up beat music plays from our portable unique gold vintage suitcase boombox. Costumes will be burning man themed and conservative. The higher flow crew will bring a friendly, fun and truely inspiring energy that showcases the vibrant culture of the reno/tahoe area.
breakdown of what everything would cost if purchased individually:

*Single performer- aerial, dance & acrobatic performance $250-$600 per performance
*Aerial rig $300- $500
*aerial cube & Hoop $400-$500
*all other equipment $500-$1000
(aerial apparatuses,hardware, portable vintage boombox, fire gear, fuel, dance props)
*Set up & breakdown $400-$800
*Booking $500- $1000
*costumes $400-$1000
red carpet events is responsible for providing a 20ft X 20ft footprint for the aerial rig that is close enough to the music so we can hear it clearly, a greenroom close by or a 10ft X 10Ft space next to the rig to set up an enclosed area for changing and for our stuff.
50% deposit due 7 days after signed agreement to renee guay.
the rest is due the night of the event.

The entertainment and performance her team delivered blew our socks off. They brought in a full size aerial rig and multiple performers, all extremely polished and professional. They had clearly practiced this routine and brought a high-energy feel to the nightʻs festivities. The show was interactive and dynamic. Typically the crowd peters out after dinner at these types of events, but this closing night party went strong until 11pm!
