WELCOME TO HIGHER FLOW METAL ELEMENT MOVEMENT PRACTICE
In this video, we are focusing on the element of metal which is our connection to our lungs, large intestines and crown chakra.
When this element is in balance we have stability, structure, sequences and strategies in our lives.
When this element is out of balance we experience stagnation, stanky farts and hacking lungs.
A metal element practice is a powerful way to transmute grief and sadness into acceptance and understanding.
Affirmations- I RELEASE CONTROL.

OF LOVE THAT WILL HEAL ME.

What are you ready to release and let go of that is holding you back? (childhood memories, ancestral trauma, past pain from lovers or any time that you have been hurt)
What do you intuitively feel would be a healthy way to move any stagnant energy in the body to create space for new good feelings to enter?
Daily Checklist- Choose a Breathwork Practice…
1.Take deep cleansing breaths into the depth of your lungs to bring in fresh chi and prana to support the body's innate self-healing intelligence. Count to 6 on an inhale, hold at the top of the inhale for 6, exhale for a count of 6 and hold at the bottom of the exhale for 6. Repeat for 6 rounds and sit in stillness ✓
2. Erratic Breathing- focus is on the exhale, inhale happens naturally. You can breathe out the mouth or nostrils. No pattern, reprogramming the sub-conscious mind. Allow the body to move however it wishes, punch or kick if you want. Get crazy, let that shit go. Come into stillness and watch the prana energy move throughout your body✓
Allow yourself to cry, scream or have a tantrum if you need an emotional release rather than suppressing which causes dis-ease in the body ✓
Be open to receive new wisdom from the cosmos through your crown chakra. Allow creative energy to flow to you and through you by being open minded ✓
