GOALS, OUTCOMES & INTENTIONS

To get this process started please take time to identify three life goals or ideal outcomes and current intentions you would like to achieve. These goals and outcomes should be challenging (so you remain appropriately interested and engaged), positively stated and achievable (realistic). The intentions we set remind us to enjoy the journey (“I intend to celebrate my achievements whether big or small”). To assist, try answering these questions: "What specifically would you like to change about you, or your life, and why?" or “What would you most like to achieve in life?”
