YOU WILL LEAVE WITH ACTION STEPS TO INTEGRATE DAILY RITUALS THAT WILL TRANSFORM YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.
2. Seven 1hr Video Embodiment/Coaching Calls
I create a safe space for a present and meaningful conversation that is full of depth and embodiment while providing you with the resources and accountability to make real change in your life. These sessions are designed to meet your specific needs and range between embodiment practices and coaching.
3. One 2hr Closing Ceremony
SIMILAR TO THE INITIATION CEREMONY AND IS CREATED TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. EMPHASIS ON CELEBRATING HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS AND HOW TO MOVE FORWARD IN A SUSTAINABLE WAY. WE WILL CREATE A BEAUTIFUL PLAN SO THAT YOU FEEL INSPIRED & EMPOWERED TO CONTINUE LIVING YOUR HIGHEST ALIGNED YES AND ADDITIONAL SUPPORT WILL BE AVAILABLE IF YOU SO DESIRE.
