Higher Flow Jam while in Mexico

Higher Flow is offering an Aerial Arts Jam while the weather is warm in Truckee, California! This is an opportunity for aerialists & movement artists to train, play, and connect with each other in a high vibe outdoor environment. We have silks, lyra and cube hung and some flow toys. This is not a taught class so please practice what you know and respect Renee’s time to train as well :) Music bumpin from the boomcase will inspire the creative expression within us all.
