Mixed Aerial Series for Beginners!

Come explore lyra, silks, and cube in a fun & supported outdoor environment! We’ll begin with connecting to the earth, ourselves, and each other while also tapping into our inner child. Meditation, intention setting, yoga and dance movement will set the foundation before we take flight. Participants will learn basic skills on each apparatus and will have the opportunity to express their own unique creative flow by the end of the series. There will be sprinkles of spirituality & sexuality to activate your inner radiance as we connect to the elements of nature. Feel empowered and joyful to shine your light through the art of aerials!

*There are no refunds unless I am able to fill your spot. If you know you are not able to attend the whole series, please contact me and I’ll see if I can fit you in as a drop-in. There is priority for those who want to do the entire series and there are limited spaces. If you miss a class, you are invited to attend an aerial arts jam to practice your skills but I will not be teaching during this time. Aerial Jams are usually Wednesdays from 6:45-8:45pm but are subject to change. If a class is cancelled due to weather, smoke, etc then it will be rescheduled at a date/time that works best for the majority of the participants.
