In this video we are focusing on the element of air which is associated with our mind and our heart.
Our mind is incredibly powerful and can bring clarity, focus, and creativity into our lives.
Sometimes we get so caught up in the future, setting expectations on ourselves and others, resulting in disappointment and blame.
An air element practice is a wonderful way to release attachments in our minds, shift to a positive & productive mindset, and enjoy the journey rather than racing to the destination.
