Aerial Waiver

1. I will be participating in aerials and other exercises that may require a high level of physical activity and exertion. I assume all inherent risks of these actions, and will in no way hold Renee Guay, Higher Flow, Greg Owens, and their consultants accountable for any accidents, damages, illnesses or injuries that may occur as a result of my participation.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to these classes/events, and make sure that I am physically capable and prepared for physical activity. 

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in these classes/events, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, loss, damages, or injuries that may occur while taking part in Higher Flow classes/events at 10935 Palisades Drive, Truckee California, 96161.

4. I knowingly, willingly, and expressly waive any claim that I may have against Higher Flow, Renee Guay, Greg Owens, and their staff for any injury, damages, or death that may occur while participating in classes/events at 10935 Palisades Drive, Truckee California 96161.

5. I release Higher flow, Renee Guay, and Greg Owens, and all instructors, staff, and owners from any and all liability, claim, demand or action that I may have related to the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property while attending any classes/events, both in and out of this property.

6. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructors of any injury that may occur during the class, so necessary action can be taken immediately.

7. I hereby grant permission to Renee Guay and Higher Flow for the rights of my image or likeness, without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and I waive the right to inspect or approve of any finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive the right to any royalties or compensation related to the use of my image or recording. I understand that this means my image or video may be electronically displayed anywhere, internationally, in public, private, or educational settings. There is no time limit on the validity of this release, and I will not be consulted about the use of these medias.

8. Higher Flow, Renee Guay, and Greg Owens will not accept responsibility, or pay any compensation as a result of any events that result in the destruction or damage of your equipment. Such events include, but are not limited to fire, explosion, flood, storm or other weather damage, break-in, theft, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, war or threat of war including terrorist activity, industrial action, natural disasters, epidemic, negligence, and other situations beyond our control. As a result, I may be responsible for any costs of possible rescheduling.

9. My heirs, or legal representatives, forever release, waive, and discharge claims of negligence or incompetence against Higher Flow and their correspondents.
